What You Will Do
You will lead a dedicated team and serve as the primary authority on HR systems and data processing for the Performance Management Center (PMC). Your core duties encompass:
- Systems Architecture & Migration: Direct the design, development, and integration of proprietary HR systems. You will ensure that the specialised needs of the PMC are structurally embedded into new systems, overseeing all migration activities and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Operational HR Processing: Oversee personnel management operations for the DIS. You will ensure the timely and accurate processing of critical HR data to support core functions, including performance management, career development, remuneration, postings, succession planning and exit management.
