The position involves reviewing policy issues, conducting benchmarking and contributing to practical policy recommendations aligned with NTU’s faculty talent strategy. The role also supports effective translation of policies into operational processes, governance practices and stakeholder guidance to strengthen consistency and clarity in the application of faculty HR policies across Colleges and Schools.
This role offers opportunities to contribute to University-wide policy initiatives and engage regularly with senior faculty leaders and institutional stakeholders.
