You are responsible for the transformation and optimisation of the Republic of Singapore Navy's (RSN) Human Resource ecosystem through strategic governance, process re-engineering, and quality service delivery. You will synergise three key areas to make HR operations more effective and efficient across the RSN.
What you will be working on:Develop and review RSN's Human Resource Governance and Compliance strategy and framework to ensure all HR processes meet regulatory requirements. Lead the Transformation & Re-engineering Section to oversee strategic transformation of RSN HR systems and drive sustainable HR systems development. Drive and align RSN's Service Transformation efforts with Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) initiatives.
