What the role is:

You are a key integrator across the enterprise IT domain and business domains, translating MINDEF's digital and data strategy into actionable outcomes within a diverse digitalisation ecosystem. You are critical in building coherence across the IT operating model, maximising value from enterprise digital platforms, and ensuring consistent adoption of digitalisation practices across domains with varying priorities, systems, and maturity levels.

What you will be working on:

• Design and continuously improve the IT operating model by architecting comprehensive governance and compliance frameworks and implementing systematic impediment resolution pathways
• Serve as the critical Business-Tech Translator between MINDEF's Chief Information Officer Department and business and functional domains, ensuring strategic alignment across the enterprise IT ecosystem layers of policy, process, technology and structure
