[What the role is]

The Assistant Director will lead CS CDC’s corporate partnership strategy and serve as the coordinating lead for CDC-wide partnerships across teams.

The role will focus on building strategy, systems and processes to strengthen partner engagement, grow sustained giving, support volunteerism, and deliver community programmes that meet district needs.

Corporate Partnership Strategy

• Develop and implement CS CDC’s corporate partnership strategy to grow meaningful, long-term collaborations with companies and key partners.
• Identify priority sectors, partner segments and engagement approaches that match partner interests with community needs.
• Develop partnership frameworks and engagement matrices to guide how Central CDC cultivates, manages and deepens partner relationships.
