We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant/ Deputy HR Manager responsible for managing and overseeing the companyβs compensation and benefits structures, payroll processes, and HR systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, optimizing payroll operations, and providing strategic direction on compensation and benefits matters to support the company's objectives. This role will be based within Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG).
