11am - 7:30pm/ 72hrs within the bi-weekly pay periods = benefit eligible
Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday
Assistant Cook - Preparing salad/ desserts from the planned menu, using production sheets, standardized recipes to maintain quality, quantity, and palatability.
Food safety and sanitation procedures are followed daily ie: food preparation, storage transports Applying proper procedures during preparation, portioning, and storing food.
Preparing and assembling modified foods for (diabetic, NAS and pureed). and portion control
Proper storage of all food, produce, dry goods, and items dished up for meal, all items labeled, dated and covered properly.
Maintaining cleanliness of work area and kitchen.
