Position Overview
Job Description: - Coordinate with Team Leaders, Workshop to distribute the service & repair orders to the workshop teams depending on skill and automotive specialty.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and services by following up directly with workshop teams.
- Update the Customer Service Team on the vehicle status and completion of timing to facilitate communication with customers.
- Ensure that the service/repair order quotations include all service /repairs cost.
- Ensure the quotations are provided to the CSAs in a pre-agreed timeline.
- Monitor the process flow and adjust the necessary to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate the service standard of the sub-contractors
- Monitor the vehicles sent to the sub-contractors are serviced / repaired / returned to the Company within a pre-agreed timeline.
- Prepare all required reports.
- Monitor the parking lot space availability to maximize capacity.
