Our client, a leading distribution company in Waterloo, is looking for an Assistant Controller to join their team. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting cycle, from transaction entry to the production of financial statements. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with relevant regulations across Canada and the US, and efficient management of financial operations. The Assistant Controller will report directly to the Fractional Controller and Owner to support budgeting, forecasting, and the day-to‑day accounting function.

Directly responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.
