Position: Assistant Controller

We are partnering with a client to hire for an Assistant Controller to support daily accounting operations and assist in leading the accounting team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accountant with strong Excel skills and an interest in process improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Support month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations

+ Assist with cash forecasting, reconciliations, and weekly financial reporting

+ Maintain fixed assets, inventory, and construction-in-process accounts

+ Prepare tax filings and support external audits

+ Assist with internal controls and process improvements

+ Supervise and support accounting staff as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
