Our rapidly expanding, private equity-backed restaurant group is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our Boston team. With 15+ locations and growing, we are committed to building streamlined, scalable accounting processes to support continued expansion.

What You’ll Do:

+ Oversee restaurant-level accounting across all locations

+ Lead month-end close processes for multi-entity operations

+ Support the annual audit and ensure compliance with financial standards

+ Partner with operations to drive process improvement and efficiencies

Requirements

+ 6+ years accounting experience, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
