**Description**

**Job Summary**

Under the direction of the CMM, position provides oversight, direction and coordination for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities at assigned jobsite to ensure adherence to contractual objectives. Coordinates activities of administrative and skilled trades workers engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds at assigned jobsite.

**Primary Job Functions**

+ Perform O & M Management administration functions under the direction of the CMM, handling a variety of actions and problems relating to assigned contract(s).
+ Monitor management plans designed to accomplish contractual objectives and provide direction and support to subcontractors, support staff, trades, and crafts.
