Position Overview
Duties of Assistant Condo Manager / Condo Manager:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the condominium, ensuring high standards of service. Collaborate with HQ portfolio and property management teams to deliver quality service. Plan and supervise maintenance schedules and general property upkeep. Support or lead the implementation of initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with council members, residents, and key stakeholders. Assist in or manage budgets, financial transactions, and cost control measures. Develop and enforce emergency response and crisis management procedures. Ensure full compliance with BMSMA, relevant statutory regulations, and internal policies. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in related field. 2 - 5 years experience of relevant experience Well versed with BMSMA laws relating to Condominium. Comfortable with 5.5 days alternate work week.
