Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements

+ At least one year of experience in on-site property management as an Assistant Community Manager.

+ Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
