Provide full support on the daily operation of C&B issues for HK and other regional offices Ensure all regional practices are complied with local labour law and align across the regions; derive enhancement plan when necessary Review, benchmark and propose for regular company benefit schemes as well as ensure the overall offering package are competitive to the labour markets Manage the regional payroll process with relevant agencies and overseas offices as well provide hands on support on local payroll and relevant benefit administration Participate in various HR projects, including performance appraisal, annual salary review, job grading and salary benchmarking, etc. Review and streamline policies and operational processes for operational excellent Compile vari...
