Position Overview
As a CBRE Assistant Building Manager, you will supervise a team responsible for the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You’ll Do
- Work with multiple Market Leaders to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to customers.
- Verify the database of vendor management information is accurate and up to date.
- Review and approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables, and contract execution process.
- Ensure service and support provided by the team is consistent and timely.
- Responsible for review of data integrity across systems.
