Liaise, coordinate and manage Tenant Fit Out Work especially on M&E and technical related matters including monitoring the progress of the fit-out and reinstatement works to ensure the work complies with both the landlord's and statutory requirements.
Liaise and coordinate with office and retail tenants on operational matters i,e (Approval to carry repair work in their premises, other operational issue including approval on various work that are carry out by the tenants or their contractors on ad-hoc basis, License Agreement, Acknowledgement letter)
Liaise with various Internet service provider and Telcos engaged by tenants for approval to carry out work in City Link Mall and One Raffles Link
To attend to emergency breakdowns and incidents both during normal office hours and after normal hours
Conduct routine M&E and building maintenance inspections.
