Job Summary
To provide overall administrative support to Business Partners and Corporate Sales.
General Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate sales orders processing including own website and e‑marketplaces.
- Attend to corporate order enquiries and prepare sales quotations.
- Coordinate on‑demand delivery arrangements.
- Update customer records and compile sales reports.
- Assist in corporate sales order coordination and follow‑through.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required by superior.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
At least 1 year experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service.
Education
Diploma or equivalent.
