Position Overview

Assistant Branch Operations Manager at Worldpac, a leading automotive parts distribution company. The role involves learning all aspects of branch operations and assisting the Branch Operations Manager in providing day‑to‑day direction to team members at the branch location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assumes day‑to‑day operations in the absence of the Branch Operations Manager.
• Reviews, understands, and follows company safety and security procedures; serves as a role model for compliance.
• Supports team members in their training and development and facilitates application to daily work.
• Maintains a customer‑service‑oriented philosophy in all conduct.
• Assists the Branch Operations Manager in learning functions of Branch Management, including operations, staffing, training, performance review, expense management and budgeting.
