Key Responsibilities
- Team Leader:
- Guides the team towards achieving results and develops individual talents.
- Supervises team performance and conducts performance reviews.
- Participates in BA recruitment and provides coaching and mentoring with the Learning team.
- Monitors onboarding programs for all new hires.
- Creates career paths and succession plans with business partners.
- Ensures frequent communication to share knowledge among staff.
- Partners with Area Retail Manager and HR to address employee relations issues.
- Shares feedback on performance evaluation and appraisal.
- Creates a culture of ethics, integrity and diversity, and leads by example.
- Business Developer:
- Drives sales to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and tracks KPIs such as AUS/IPT.
