Key Responsibilities

• Team Leader:
  • Guides the team towards achieving results and develops individual talents.
  • Supervises team performance and conducts performance reviews.
  • Participates in BA recruitment and provides coaching and mentoring with the Learning team.
  • Monitors onboarding programs for all new hires.
  • Creates career paths and succession plans with business partners.
  • Ensures frequent communication to share knowledge among staff.
  • Partners with Area Retail Manager and HR to address employee relations issues.
  • Shares feedback on performance evaluation and appraisal.
  • Creates a culture of ethics, integrity and diversity, and leads by example.
• Business Developer:
  • Drives sales to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and tracks KPIs such as AUS/IPT.
  • Performs market analysis and prepares reports.
