The Assistant Apartment Coordinator (AAC) is responsible for assisting in the operations of an apartment complex consisting of approximately 225 - 1,200 residents. The AAC actively supports the Department's mission by making the apartment complex an inviting, intellectual, and inclusive community. The AAC supports all facets of the apartment complex's housing including community development programming, staff development, administrative responsibilities, adjudicating violations of the Community Rights and Responsibilities, and providing front-end office support. The AAC supervises work-study students. The AAC serves in a weekly on-duty rotation and the departmental recess duty rotation.
