Assistant Accountant- Hillsborough

Reed Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful and established local Hillsborough organisation. Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role will support the Financial Controller with the day-to-day operations of the accounts department and month-end procedures. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Prepare weekly Sales Reports for management.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, both internally and for the Group Parent Company, including flash forecasts at month-end and year-end.
