A Big 5 Game Lodge in Pilanesberg, North West is seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing all maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the lodge facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standard, contributing to a seamless guest experience in a luxury environment.

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Relevant technical qualification (Electrical / Mechanical / Building) advantageous
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within a lodge or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building upkeep
- Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Ability to assist in managing a maintenance team
- Good organisational and stock control skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driver’s license essential
