The services of Hays have been retained by our client, an established Housing Association based in Belfast, to recruit an Assets Manager on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of c. 6 months with the possibility of further extension. It is envisaged that this role will be recruited by the Association on a permanent basis in due course.The Association currently manages a stock consisting of sheltered schemes and general needs homes.

Your new role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide an effective system of statutorypliance, planned, cyclical and response maintenance projects while ensuring accountability and probity in all regulatory and legislative requirements.
