Normalize and standardize legacy and ongoing asset data
Lead development work within ServiceNow catalog and asset management workflows, including configuration, enhancement, and optimization of catalog items, approval flows, and governance controls to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
This role will operate primarily within ServiceNow, leveraging the platform’s CMDB and asset modules to manage and govern IT asset data at scale.
Manage SKU Catalog Accuracy and Mapping. Create and maintain a master list of approved SKUs for both hardware and software products. Ensure SKUs are correctly mapped to asset models, vendors, and procurement line items to support accurate ordering, financial reconciliation, and reporting.
