Job Summary

The UK based investment and development company is looking to expand its UK focused student sector portfolio, and now requires an Asset Manager to join their London based team. They are interested in candidates with experience in sectors such as build to rent, PBSA (student accommodation) and senior living. Working within a wider team, you will execute the asset management strategy and be involved in asset and portfolio reporting, budgeting, formulating and executing asset enhancement initiatives. You will have the experience required to prepare and maintain financial reports and assist with financial modelling of assets across the portfolio.
 
You will ideally have living sector asset management experience and have a high level of efficiency in Excel, with the ability to build financial models. This is predominantly an office-based role, with approximately 4 days per week in the office. Contact Alistair Carter for more information on 0...
