About the Role

As a CBRE Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

Site Management and Compliance

• Conduct weekly comprehensive site inspections across all assigned parcels, documenting conditions, identifying risks, and submitting full reports with photographic evidence each week.
• Respond promptly to emergency notifications and urgent Microsoft requests, and ensure a qualified resource attends site without delay.
• Ensure all sites remain secure, visually presentable, and compliant with local environmental, safety, and land use regulations at all times.
