Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and governance of long-term Asset Management Plans (AMPs) for wagon fleetsAnalyse asset lifecycle costs, fleet performance, renewal strategies, and upgrade programsAssist with sustaining capital projects and wagon growth initiativesConduct spend, supplier, and supply chain analysis to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunitiesMonitor project performance, budget variance, and resource utilisation across wagon programsSupport vendor performance reviews, contract compliance, and procurement optimisationContribute to safety initiatives, risk identification, and continuous improvement activitiesCollaborate with engineering, reliability, maintenance, and operational teams to support business outcomesWhat You’ll Bring
