Position Overview
As the Executive Director, Institutional Sales, Public Funds, you will lead business development and relationship management across public pensions and retirement systems institutions. You will be responsible for driving asset growth and retention of assets across a broad platform of traditional and alternative investment capabilities while serving as a trusted advisor to clients in the Western Region. You will report directly to the head of public funds and you will also be responsible for collaborating with other internal colleagues focused on DC, ETF sales, and Consultants.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Originate and close new business with public pension plans and retirement systems
+ Drive engagement and sales across alternative (private equity, private credits, real assets, hedge funds) and traditional strategies (equities, fixed income, and multi-asset)
