Role Purpose

The Manufacturing Asset Finance Practice Head will build and lead a global Asset Finance practice focused on enabling manufacturers, OEMs, captive finance organizations, leasing companies, and financial institutions to finance, lease, monetize, and manage industrial assets across Automotive & Aerospace

The role is responsible for creating industry-specific asset finance offerings, driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, supporting large transformation programs, and positioning Tech Mahindra as a leading partner in manufacturing-focused lending, leasing, and asset finance transformation.

The primary focus is Asset Finance business growth, consulting, platform transformation, and ecosystem development—not operational asset management or asset intelligence solutions.
