Position Overview
What Will You Do? - Support assembly process engineering activities for new and ongoing projects.
- Assist in documenting manufacturing and assembly processes, including work instructions, machine sheets, and process flows.
- Participate in trial runs and pilot builds, helping ensure processes are properly implemented and validated.
- Measure and analyze cycle times of equipment and assembly operations to support productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers and operators to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
- Help maintain up-to-date documentation for the production line in accordance with quality standards.
- Support day‑to‑day manufacturing activities, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Contribute proactively to problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
- Keep the tracking of the KPIs for all the runs.
