ASSEMBLY LINE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the assembly line including soldering, mechanical assembly, and final packing.
• Lead and manage a team of Assembly Line Leaders and indirectly a group of operators.
• Monitor production output to meet daily and monthly production targets.
• Ensure all assembly processes comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Implement and maintain 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Troubleshoot process issues and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with QA and Production Planning departments for smooth workflow and delivery schedules.
• Ensure safety, discipline and compliance with company policies on the production floor.
