**Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking an **Assembler** to join the **Propulsion Team** in **Ladson, SC, South Carolina** on **Variable shift.**

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Perform routine production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and equipment using manual or automated assembly tools
+ Model a culture of One Team, Pride, and Ownership
+ Partner with Integrated Build Teams (IBTs) and Team Leaders to mitigate performance risks using Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) methodologies
+ Identify roadblocks and production constraints; escalate unresolved issues through open and clear communication
