**Job Description**
Join our team as a Production Assembly Technician, where you will play a vital role in assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical components. You will be responsible for meeting daily production goals while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lean work cells. The work schedule is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and Saturday shifts.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components and machines.
+ Maintain quality standards and production goals, and communicate any workload backlog.
+ Multitask and adapt to changes in production schedules.
+ Effectively communicate with supervisors and report the status of the work area.
+ Ensure compliance with standardized work processes and safety requirements.
