**Location:** Jefferson City, TN

**Pay Rate:** $18.32/hr (weekly pay)

**Hours:** Mon–Thurs, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

**OT:** Fridays & Saturdays when needed

We’re adding Assemblers/Production Helpers to support the building of industrial equipment. This role offers steady work, hands‑on tasks, and the chance to move into a long‑term position.

**Daily Tasks:**

+ **Use basic tools** to put parts together
+ **Follow simple instructions** from diagrams or written guides
+ Keep materials organized and ready for the next step
+ Help your team stay on schedule
+ Keep your work area clean and safe

**Requirements:**

+ Able to lift 25 lbs
+ Comfortable standing throughout the shift
+ Some experience with tools or basic mechanical work
+ Able to listen, learn, and follow directions
