**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The General Assembler will assemble and attach parts to the boat trailers. Trailer parts include but are not limited to, box and fenders, winch stands, carpeted bunks and wire harnesses.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

+ Assembles and attaches assigned parts to the trailer frame with nuts and bolt.
+ Operates air impacts and wrenches.
+ Performs job duties within takt time.
+ Reads prints.
+ Sweeps and maintains an organized workstation.
+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

**EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:**

+ Ability to read and understand prints
+ Ability to work with a team
+ Capable to stand and walk the entire shift
+ Able to perform physical/manual labor

**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:**

+ N/A

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

+ Lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Straight pulling
