Lead and support ASPICE process implementation and compliance across software development lifecycleDevelop, review, and maintain ASPICE work productsPerform software integration, unit testing, and code developmentEnsure alignment with ASPICE process areas (SYS, SWE, SUP, VAL) and achieve target maturity levelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Systems, Algo, QA, Validation) to ensure process adherence and traceabilityConduct internal assessments, gap analyses, and support external ASPICE audits.Guide the broader team and ensure process compliance.Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.Required Qualifications
