Asphalt Plant Operator

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated individual to work on a crew at an Asphalt Production Facility for one of the largest heavy civil construction companies in the Mid-Atlantic area. Critical thinking skills, mechanical ability, communication skills, an ability to learn, focus and commitment to safety, and a hard working attitude are necessary. Equipment operation experience and mechanical skills are beneficial. Most employees are multi-disciplined and perform a few if not all of the roles at the facility and sometimes multiple roles in the same shift. Various skill training and personal development is provided and growth and advancement is available and promoted within the company.
