Job Description :

- Managing business operation of Cosmetic channel in HCM area.

- Being respondsible and achive profitability goals of sales target in the territory.

- General controlling & leading activities of Sales team, Sales rep.

- Monitoring the merchandising activities, sales distribution and price on the channels are in line with business objectives.

- At least 4 years in the same position

- Have experience in Cosmetic, FMCG Company

- Refer 8x female 

- Strong experience to lead Sales Rep team with many-year experience

- Commuticate English is a plus.
