Key Responsibilities:<br />
Sales Strategy & Achievement: Develop and implement actionable sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets for the assigned area.<br />
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of sales professionals (Area Sales Executives/Officers) to improve productivity and ensure target achievement.<br />
Channel Management: Manage the sales and distribution network (General Trade/Project Sales), ensuring product availability and effective distributor management.<br />
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.<br />
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and channel partners.<br />
