About the role We are seeking self-motivated assistants of service to welcome patients at our medical and dental centers in Antofagasta. The role involves providing information and assistance to patients before they enter the clinical area, ensuring a warm and efficient transition into the facility. The assistant will support the flow of patients to maintain service capacity and facilitate timely care within the center.
Responsibilities - Receive patients and provide guidance on the center's processes and location prior to assessment in the care box.
- Facilitate patient movement within the center, ensuring a welcoming and timely experience.
- Maintain appropriate capacity of the service unit to support quality patient care.
Qualifications - Complete technical studies.
- Experience in patient care.
