We are seeking an Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos (HR Assistant) to support a dynamic human resources team. This role encompasses recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, administrative controls, and employee engagement across multiple locations in Querétaro and regional offices.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and selection: job posting, screening, interviews, offer negotiation.
- Onboarding and offboarding: new hire documentation, system updates, exit interviews.
- Payroll support: pre‑nomina preparation, salary calculations, benefits administration.
- Administrative controls: maintenance of personnel files, document audits, compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT.
- Training coordination: promote and implement internal training and certification programs.
- Employee relations: respond to employee inquiries, facilitate communication with the management team.
