Position Overview

About the Role

The Payroll Tax Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of our growing payroll tax department.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Payroll Tax department.
  • Assist during daily tax processing and quarter-end processing as needed.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Prioritize and resolve assigned tasks in the case management system (Pulse).

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Adapt at managing time with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize assigned tasks.
  • Motivated with great time management skills.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 6 months of experience in a related industry or field.
