Administrative Assistant – BEPC has a Ciudad Juarez area OPEN POSITION to join our fast-growing team. This role provides support for various HR employee programs and processes within the organization, as well as other administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities - Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion
- Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
- Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms
- Prepares paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes personnel file
- Responsible for attending visitors and reception
- Maintains employee terminated records with off-boarding checklist
