Position Overview

Administrative Assistant – BEPC has a Ciudad Juarez area OPEN POSITION to join our fast-growing team. This role provides support for various HR employee programs and processes within the organization, as well as other administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Keeps employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely fashion
  • Maintains company organization charts and employee directory
  • Processes personnel action forms and ensures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms
  • Prepares paperwork required to place employees on payroll and establishes personnel file
  • Responsible for attending visitors and reception
