Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare and cook a variety of Northern Chinese dishes to a high standard

 Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all meals

 Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

 Assist with menu planning and kitchen operations

 Work efficiently as part of a team in a busy environment

Requirements:

 Proven qualification and experience as a Chinese/Asian cook

 Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients

 Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines

 Good communication and teamwork skills
