Asia Pacific - Regional Digital Technology Manager

Main Purpose

The Regional Digital Retail Technology Manager is responsible for owning and overseeing point‑of‑sale (POS) and middleware solutions across the organization’s regional and Singapore markets. This role serves as the regional owner for POS and POS‑related integration solutions, with end‑to‑end accountability for successful delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement. Working closely with regional leadership, vendors, and cross‑functional teams, the role ensures effective implementation, integration, and optimisation of retail technology solutions that support business operations, scalability, and long‑term reliability.
