This position involves the planning and provision of services to assist school teams in supporting student behaviour. Under the direct supervision of the principal, and as part of the Education Support Services Team (ESST), the Behaviour Intervention Mentor (BIM) assists in the planning and implementation of direct services to students through evidence-based interventions and strategies to develop a positive learning environment for all.
