Axcis are on a search for teaching assistants to work in a SEND school specialising in children with Autism and complex needs, the school caters to children aged 4 to 19 years, tailoring their provision to each individual’s needs. The school requires multiple teaching assistants to work with children with exceptional special needs and whom can display very challenging behaviour. The perfect teaching assistants will need to have a very high level of resilience and dedication, consistency is key for all children with SEND needs however this is 10x as important for these specific individuals with exceptional SEND needs. This is a full-time role on a small group and 1:1 basis on an ongoing basis for the rest of the academic year.
