The Host works with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Departments and reports directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.

• Ensure residents are well taken care of from arrival to departure.
• Provide in-room check-in service for all VIP residents.
• Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs.
• Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements.
