Position Overview
Job Description Summary You will provide a high level of personalised service to exceed the expectations of residents. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will work with the Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Departments and report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
Responsibilities - Ensure residents are well taken care of from the point of their arrival to departure
- Provide in-room check-in service for all VIP residents
- Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs
- Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
